The lifetime warranty in Australasia & Indonesia does not apply to normal wear-and-tear parts (which are replaced during routine service inspections), but exclusively to the essential components of the product. The lifetime warranty can only be claimed by the original buyer who purchased the generator as brand new, and their current address must match the address stated on the original purchase invoice.
