Shipping for products ordered from our online store is provided free of charge within the European Union.
Orders are processed based on product availability. In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. The delivery time is approximately 2 days. If, due to an unforeseen issue, the product is not in stock or the delivery time may exceed 2 weeks, you will be immediately informed by email or phone. You can then decide whether you want to wait for the product or cancel the order.
The product is securely packed and sealed with tape during transportation. Upon receiving the product, always check the condition of the packaging and the product itself. In case of damage, please fill out a damage report with the courier service employee and do not accept the delivery. Once the complaint is acknowledged, we will send you a new product free of charge.
Courier Shipping, EU Deliveries
Courier shipments are delivered the next working day after the package is handed over to the courier. The product is delivered directly to your home or workplace address. Cash on delivery or card payments can be made directly to the courier for COD shipments.
Please remember to provide a contact phone number when placing an order in case the courier cannot reach you at home, so they can arrange a re-delivery. There are 2 delivery attempts, after which the package will be returned to us.
Personal Pickup
Personal pickup can be arranged at TAMADA distributors at various locations within the EU by prior phone or email agreement.
