For what purposes do we process your personal data and what is the legal basis for their processing?
Processing based on a contract and pre-contractual relationships:
In relation to the delivery of our services and products, we are entitled to process your personal data based on a contractual or pre-contractual relationship without your consent.
Personal data obtained from you by filling out a contact form is used for pre-contractual purposes (e.g., request for a price quote, request for more details on the provided services, information about a product), and we are authorized to process it without your consent.
Providing your personal data is a requirement necessary to fulfill pre-contractual and contractual relationships. If you refuse to provide your personal data, it will not be possible to fulfill the purpose, i.e., to provide the service or product, or to process your request.
How long will we retain your personal data?
We will retain your personal data for the duration of the contract and for the legally required period for archiving, for the time necessary to assert legal claims, or for the time necessary to achieve the purpose.
Personal data obtained from filling out a contact form for pre-contractual purposes will be processed solely for a period of 1 year, and if no contract is concluded, the data will be deleted from the system.
What rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data?
Withdraw consent – In cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent electronically, by contacting the responsible person, in writing, or in person at the office. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of personal data based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.
Right of access – You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data that we have on file, as well as information about how your personal data is being used. In most cases, your personal data will be provided in written form unless you request another method. If you have requested this information electronically, it will be provided to you electronically, if technically possible.
Right to rectification – We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and up-to-dateness of the information we hold about you. If you believe the data we have is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, please feel free to request that we correct, update, or complete it.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) – You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data, for example, when the personal data we have obtained is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the original purpose of processing. However, your right to erasure will be assessed in light of all relevant circumstances. For instance, we may have legal and regulatory obligations that mean we cannot fulfill your request.
Right to restrict processing – Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we stop using your personal data. This may be the case if you believe the personal data we have is inaccurate or no longer needed for processing.
Right to data portability – Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we transfer your personal data that you have provided to us to another third party of your choice. The right to data portability applies only to personal data that we have obtained from you based on your consent or under a contract to which you are a party.
Right to object – You have the right to object to the processing of your data based on our legitimate interests. If we do not have a compelling legitimate reason for processing and you file an objection, we will cease processing your personal data.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – If you believe that your personal data has been processed unfairly or unlawfully, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
